The Needlework Cottage has begun a chart/magazine exchange. Bring in your old cross stitch charts and magazines and you will receive $.50 for your magazines and $1.00 for your charts. Please make sure they are in reasonable condition.
Check out this fabulous web-site: www.hoffmandis.com. This web-site has over 10,000 charts available. As a consumer, you can go in and look at this site and save any charts you would like to the basket. Hoffman only sells to retail shops, so if there is something that you would like, please email me or call with your order and I will be more than happy to bring it in for you.
The Needlework Cottage is now offering finishing for your needlepoint and cross stitch creations. I have been a seamstress for 30 years and have worked in the fabric industry for most of those 30 years. I have worked with designers and work rooms, so I have the experience and color sense necessary to help you with the choices necessary to finish your work. If you are interested in having one of your creations finished, please contact the Needlework Cottage for more information and pricing. Fabric and trim will also be available for purchase in the shop at very reasonable prices.
If your group or club is looking for a place to hold a stitch-in, I will be more than happy to accommodate you. I have two large rooms in the back of the shop which are equipped with tables and folding chairs. Let me know if you would like to hold a stitch-in so that I may check the calendar and make sure that nothing else is reserved for that day or evening.. This is a free service. All I ask is that you bring your smile!!
I always appreciate any comments or suggestions, so please feel free to email me or drop in and chat. I would like to thank everyone again for their patronage and best wishes. And remember………stitching warms the heart and soul
